Plant Experience
Detail
A compact growing ficus species with small triangular variegated leaves splashed irregularly with white. As far as ficus go it’s not very cold hardy, but should be able to grow outdoors in frost free areas with some overhead protection. Can grow to 3’ or more. More commonly grow as a house plant in bright light. Syn. Ficus triangularis.
This plant prefers full sun to partial shade with moderate watering. For indoor plants, care should be taken not to overwater, otherwise leaf drop and possibly root rot will occur. Allow the soil to dry between watering. Light levels, watering and humidity should be kept as constant as possible to avoid leaf drop.
