太阳花重瓣播种第七天，发了很嫩的根，这样的水会不会太多？现在的情况每天日晒通风多久为宜？

补充一下我在上海，养在家里南阳台上，目前没有浇水就底盘有水，也没有施肥，目前白天在育苗盒上遮毛巾，晚上会通一下风
