Pardon. This is actually Tripogandra cordifolia, or something in that genus.

It has traits of genus Tradescantia, which does happen to belong to family Commelinaceae.

@sunnyzou I don't think so as it is just a bush-like plant and it has no flowers. :/ Thank you for your suggestion though.
