你这个情况是有好几种虫了，有蓟马，也可能有蚧壳虫。虫叶尽快清了，用护花神杀虫剂1:500的剂量喷施叶片，在用土虫药灌盆。把它暂时隔离，小心虫子去你的其他花卉。

待种子出芽后，长出4-5片真叶在施，建议一开始不要用自制肥，用缓释肥，每15天施一次融水肥，比如花多多，注意幼苗需要的是氮肥和钾肥，不要施磷肥。
