绿萝。叶片干枯，养护上有三种情况会导致这样，一是缺水，二是烂根，三是日灼伤。我看你这个新叶正常，老叶自下而上可将脱落，应该浇水没浇透。比如会不会有那么一回花干了很久，导致土球都干透了，那在浇水时如果不是特别浇灌，很难让土吃饱水，虽然你也看见水从盆底流出来。如果不是上述情况，最近我家室内养的的植物好几株都得了枯萎病，表现跟缺水很像，可以用百菌清或者多菌灵稀释液喷施灌根。

@春泥你要是分不好株，可以这样，把它我整体换到一个大两圈的盆里。然后浇透水养着，经常观察她们的情况，长势弱的就直接淘汰掉，从根部剪掉。要是想留下两株。留株距最远的两株。

@春泥卖花的也不一定知道。只有培育它们的苗圃知道。前年春节入手的一盆不知道内情，所以就那么不知情由的阵亡了。今年春节，忍不住我又入手了三盆（估计有12-15颗小苗）。入手之后才听到消息，花还没谢，就直接把花都剪掉，分株换盆。翻盆幸存四小棵。其中一棵还开了花。因为盆大，我一盆放了两棵。等在长大些，到了合适的季节再分株。

我没养过你这样的兰花，我养的是君子兰。你这个介质是植金石和松麟（你可以看看应该不是表面放一层）。那相对应该好养，因为兰花最怕水涝。这种介质透气透水性很好，你浇水遵循见干见湿就行，宁干勿湿。花期过后，可以定期用点兰花专用肥。冬季春气可以整天晒太阳，但是离阳台玻璃远些。夏天秋天可以早上晒一两个小时太阳，其他时间放在通风散光明亮的抵挡。
